Blessings of Surrender

The seeds to your hearts desires were planted eons ago, in a time and place long forgotten.

It is our highest yearning to remember these desires.

People chase after them for lifetime upon lifetime.

But I have a secret.

Those seeds you planted eons ago.
They are ready to sprout.
They have been ready to sprout for a very long time.
You were just unaware.

Wake up to your hearts desires.

How you say?

Be still.
Listen.
Do not judge your thoughts.
Surrender to the information that comes to you.

Behold your hearts desire.

Open up to love.

Judge not your thoughts, but be aware of them.

Do something good for someone else.

Feel the love.

Let go of judgements.

Do something good for yourself.

Love yourself.

Love others.

Love the good.

Love the bad.

Love the hate.

Look not to the differences.

But look to all that is alike.

Love is all there is.

Remember how it feels to belly laugh?

You know, that laughter that just overflows out of your being and can't be contained?

It is Surrender at its best.

Let the silent witness of your soul lead you to your joy.

The silent witness does not look for more, it looks for less.

Less worry.
Less stress.
Less judgement.

Less is more.

Try less and become more for your soul.

Simply speaking, simplicity of thought helps with Surrender.

The only words needed, the only thought to think,

Thy will be done.

Have you heard the saying "let go of the reigns"?

It is another way of saying, "Surrender".

Maybe it can help you to visualize what Surrender is.

When you "let go of the reigns" you are giving your control over to something else.

A horse.

In the world of Surrender, the horse is God.

How can you fail? How can you not go where you are supposed to?

When you give the reigns over to God?

Lift your thoughts up to heaven.

Ask for relief from any negativity.

Be still and know that God has created a universe for you to be happy in.

A happiness that comes not from things, accomplishments, or trying,

but comes from the stillness of knowing the perfection that is you.

We can ask nothing more;

We can want nothing more;

Then to know from the depth of our soul that we are part of the Universal All.

Within the stillness the voice of reason and trust can be heard.

It is the voice of truth.

It is the voice of love.

It is the voice that asks us to let go of our fear.

It is the voice of the great I Am.

Be still and know that I am God.

This is one of my favorite quotes from the Bible.

It has power and calmness within just a few words.

It gives me peace and helps me to trust.

So often our daily lives are filled with "doing".

We are constantly on the move.

Hustle and bustle are the norm.

But this verse asks us to be STILL and not filled with more things to do and accomplish.

Really focus on this for the week.

Be still and know that I am God.

Envision your life as though a halo of God's love surrounds it.

For in fact, it does.

You are always held and loved by the Creator.

When fear fills your mind and makes life difficult.

Close your eyes and see yourself encased in the halo of God's perfect love.

There is a silver lining when you Surrender.

Above and beyond the peace it brings.

Above and beyond everything your ego would like you to think.

It is the knowledge that the same "something" that created the entire Universe and beyond,
is watching over your life.

Why, because you asked It to.

Arms raised over head....wiggle the fingers ....shaking the hands....big, big smile on your face....move your bottom.....and say YIPEEEEEEEEE.....YIPEEEEEEEE

My journey is always perfect for I walk in the footsteps of God.

My life is filled with peace as I Surrender to where God leads me.

No harm can come to me as the Light of God surrounds me.

All fear is a thing of the past as I stand firm in the footsteps of God.

I have Surrendered and my path is clear.

Be still and know that I am God.

When I read these words, I wonder how I can fret or worry about anything.

It is a powerful thought.

Take it this day and meditate on it.

Think it.

Feel it.

And most importantly Live it.

Be still and know that I am God.

Do not stand timid when the voice of fear rises within you.

Put on the battle armour of your soul and feel the power it holds.

You are clothed in the white light of God and no-thing can penetrate it.

Look not toward yourself, but look upward into the face of God

and know that all is well.

Fear not dear one. I AM with you through the ends of eternity.

You are a being of My very soul.
