When hearts and minds are hurting it is often hard to see through the pain.

Our mind would have us dwell on our pain and see nothing else.

Do you stand in the center of your pain today?

Are you lost in the grief of your heart?

Turn your face upward and in your grief know that God stands with you.

Beauty, Love and Peace are still within your soul and mind.

Ask God to let these things shine into your being so that relief from your mind and heartache can be found once again.

The rainstorm comes and the rainstorm goes and is soon replaced by brilliant sunshine and profound warmth of spirit.

Be still in the rainstorm and Surrender all your grief.

Let it go.

For only then can it be replaced with Love and Peace.
