When we can Surrender the small things like the little annoyances of life,

It prepares us for the larger struggles.

Practice smiling and breathing through those small things that get on your nerves.

Are they really that important?

Are they worth the moment it takes to feel the anger?

Smile, laugh, giggle about them.

It will be our inside joke.

No worries today.
