What is a simple choice you can make today to empower
yourself in the direction of Love.

Often times we think we need to change and correct
everything about ourselves all at once.

"I need to be perfect today or else...."

You are perfect today regardless of what you do or think.
You are perfectly you.

Of course it is honorable to want to better yourself and
give back to society and make a difference in the world.

We can do this by making simple changes.
Simple tasks, simple movement.

We climb the mountain one step at a time.
