Let us pray:
Dear God,
Sometimes no matter how I try not to, I become full of fear.
My mind tells me things that are not of You and I become irrational in my fear.

Dear God, help me in those times to become fully awake to
Your presence and Your love.

Help me to see the world through Your eyes that
see no fear and fear nothing.
Help me to Surrender to whatever "is" and not worry about all that my mind tells me might be.
Help me to just be in the moment and in love with it.
Amen
