Who told you that?
Whose beliefs are you believing?
Are they yours?
Or someone elses like your parents?
And if those thoughts are creating problems for you, why are you holding on to them?
You know you can rid yourself of those negative thoughts like you would an old piece of clothing.
Kind of like the Goodwill for bad thoughts.
Send them to the dumpster.
They may not be real or relevant, so why hold them in your beautiful mind.
If it's not working, try a new belief that works.
