True reality lies in the space between each thought.

It is in the silence that we become one with the great I Am.

Quiet the mind through your breath.

Deep breath in....exhale out.

Ahhhh there you are. There I Am.

This is the place of Surrender.

First thing in the morning....mindfully accept the day ahead with full Surrender.

Tell your ego that judgement will not be tolerated.

Then spend your day in loving peace.
