Reality is very clear when your mind is clear. It couldn't be simpler, though people feel that there's got to be something hidden behind it. It's user friendly: what you see is what you get. Whatever happens is good, and if you don't think so you can question your mind.
Byron Katie-A Thousand Names For Joy

At first this premise was hard for me to get. How could everything be good and perfect?
What about war? Sickness? Death?

But as I questioned my beliefs I saw that it was true for me and all
the situations I had deemed "bad".

Who would I be without each incident?
Who would I be without each so called struggle?

I am here teaching because of each moment that has led me to write.
How could I say anything was bad?
It has led me to my perfect life.

Women sitting at a computer, listening to wonderful music with her cat sitting next to her like a sentry guarding my every thought and showing me that all IS good.

The only time we suffer is when we believe a
thought that argues with what is.
Byron Katie

How often do you argue with what is?
How often do you say things should not be as they are?
I should be different.
He/she/they should be different.

Peace can never be achieved when you think this way.
It is a loosing battle 100% of the time.

Maybe it is time to question your thoughts.
To surrender to what is, instead of what is not.
I am here to help if you need me.

Thought for today is a quote from Byron Katie who's seminar I was at this weekend;

"Who would you be without your story?"

Join me in doing "the work".
